Returns
Due to the nature of consumable wellness and Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged during transit
Wrong product delivered
Product packaging is tampered with upon delivery
Product is defective or expired
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
Damaged products
Incorrect product delivery
Failed or duplicate transactions
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
